"A house that ages well, like the land that holds it."

Casa Valle de Guadalupe

A contemporary residence born from the landscape of Valle de Guadalupe, where the rugged beauty of wine country finds its architectural expression. The project emerges from the terrain through natural stone walls and a bold A-frame silhouette, rooted in the earth yet open to the sky through sweeping floor-to-ceiling steel and glass curtain walls.

The double height main volume captures the valley light from every angle, revealing the warm interior, a floating staircase, generous living areas, and curated spaces as a composition that shifts with the hour. A secondary pavilion extends toward the garden, anchored by a stone pier and crowned with a steel pergola, framing views of the valley while sheltering an outdoor living room designed for the unhurried pace of the region.

At dusk, the house transforms. Accent lighting traces the stone base and terraced landscape, and the reflecting pool mirrors the last light of the sky a quiet reminder that in Valle de Guadalupe, the boundary between architecture and nature was never meant to be sharp.
