Lofts - La Cacho
A three story residential building that brings an urban loft typology to Tijuana with architectural honesty and contemporary precision. The façade celebrates exposed board formed concrete as its primary material raw, tactile, and unapologetically modern articulated by a rhythm of large steel-framed windows that flood each unit with natural light and frame the city from within.
Each level steps outward through cantilevered balconies with steel railings and warm wood soffits, adding depth and shadow to the composition while offering residents a private outdoor threshold between interior life and the street. At ground level, individual garage doors integrate seamlessly into the concrete base, providing each unit with direct vehicle access without compromising the coherence of the façade.
The building speaks a disciplined architectural language, no ornamentation, no excess, where the quality of materials, proportion, and light do all the work. Designed for urban dwellers who value space, character, and the authenticity of honest construction.
